From Online Growth to Offline Launch: 

Media Solutions for a Global Travel Brand

As the Overseas Department Manager of a travel company, I led both digital branding and cross-border operations. This included building a WeChat and TikTok content system, driving online sales partnerships, increasing transaction volume by 20%, and independently managing the export of two yachts to the Philippines.

My role in this tourism enterprise was a unique combination of marketing strategist and operations lead. I initiated and developed the company’s digital communication presence, including full-channel content planning for WeChat and TikTok. Campaigns focused on lifestyle storytelling, product showcasing, and platform collaboration.

At the same time, I drove revenue-focused outcomes by building relationships with online travel platforms, ultimately improving booking efficiency and achieving a 20% increase in business performance. I also independently handled the international export of two yachts, overseeing documentation, transportation, customs, and handoff — demonstrating both strategic planning and ground-level execution.
