Digitalizing a National Legal Forum: From Live-Streaming to Media Syndication
As the online content lead for the 15th Legal Risk and Compliance Forum co-hosted by China University of Political Science and Law and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), I was responsible for executing the forum’s first-ever live-stream broadcast, and coordinating full-scale media coverage across traditional and digital channels.

This forum marked a critical moment in bridging public-sector legal discourse with digital engagement. I served as the online content lead, responsible for the full digital implementation of the forum’s live-streaming debut. This included stream scripting, technical coordination, and digital platform selection.
In parallel, I organized media collaboration with traditional outlets including newspapers and television, ensuring broad coverage before, during, and after the event. Coordinating between internal leadership and external journalists, I created a unified communication tone that balanced policy authority with audience accessibility. This hybrid publicity model allowed the forum to extend its influence beyond the venue — reaching professionals and legal stakeholders across China in real time.
